The rooms at Troia Hotel are so cozy and comfortable, like a home away from home. I loved the air-conditioning because I always like to be nice and cool during my stay. The TV in the room was a great touch too, perfect for relaxing after a long day of karaoke and casino fun. And having free WiFi access was a huge plus for me, as I like to stay connected with my friends and family back home.
I personally didn't enjoy the bidet in the private bathroom. It's just not my thing, but I understand that others might find it useful.

I had a blast trying out all the cocktails at the bar, and the traditional Portuguese meals at the in-house restaurant were to die for. Plus, the free private parking was a real lifesaver!
Oh, and let's not forget the fabulous table tennis matches I had. But who needs soundproof rooms anyways?

Friendly staff, easy check-in/out, detachable power shower, great wifi. Bring a rental car as it's a bit remote. Comfortable bed, good location. Family run with superb restaurant and lovely garden. A great place with helpful receptionist.

Couldn't find any faults at all.

The hotel had excellent food at very reasonable prices and friendly staff who kindly let me use their iron for my suit. The location was perfect for me as it was close to the event I was attending. In addition to this, the room was very clean and spacious with great Wi-Fi and a detachable power shower which was a plus.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to help us with a last-minute suit emergency for a wedding nearby. The lady at the reception was incredibly kind and even sewed my trousers herself so that I could be on time for the event. The hospitality was amazing, and we will definitely choose this hotel again for future weddings. The pool was also perfect for relaxing after a night of partying.
The hotel felt cozy and there was no reason to complain.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the peace and tranquillity of the surroundings. The area and the hotel were kept very clean at all times. Despite the winter weather, we were able to enjoy a clean swimming pool and private beach area. The beds were comfortable, and we slept soundly during our stay. We also appreciated the complimentary parking facilities available to us at all times.
Although we had a pleasant stay, we experienced some negative aspects. The breakfast options were limited, making it difficult for non-tea or coffee drinkers.

This stay was delightful. I was attending a nearby wedding and the location was ideal, just a 5-minute drive away. The hotel had a very traditional feel to it and we were lucky enough to experience the village festival during our stay. The food at the hotel restaurant was excellent and reasonably priced compared to Porto. The staff went above and beyond to assist me when I had an issue with my suit, showing extreme kindness and even sewing my trousers themselves. The room was spacious and newly renovated, with a large bathroom. The hotel also had lots of shaded parking spots and a great pool for recovering from a hangover.
Totally recommend this hotel.

The hotel location was perfect, with lots of shaded parking spots available. The room was beautiful and had a large bathroom. Dinner at the restaurant was priced well, tasted amazing and we went back more than once.
Some of the other guests were incredibly noisy in the hallway. we had some communication issues due to language barriers, but we downloaded a translator app to assist.

I had a great value for my money at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed. The location was convenient for me, with plenty of shaded parking spots available. The staff were friendly and accommodating, despite the language barrier.
The hotel breakfast menu could have had more drink options, aside from just orange juice and water.
